Traditionally prepared with beef heart, but here we incorporate all of the amazing & various flavors of our anticuchero chili sauce and serve it as Octopus with Calamari Rings. Served with Peruvian White Corn, Andean Potatoes and our house Ajis: Rocoto, Anticuchero & Huancaina.
